Another beautiful poem written by Joseph Valpey in Dartmoor Prison, presumably for his love back at home who he was never to see again. Dedicated to the memory of Lucy Luxmoore who arranged these settings for the Devonport Park Community Choir to sing at the Dartmoor Resonance Festival in June 2018.
